Batchawan Beach Resort ceases to exist effective November 30, 2011.  The name Batchawan Beach Resort ceases to be associated with this property.  This property is not for commercial use, and is only for the exclusive private use of its owners, S. Sarmiento-N. Diaz and L. Aukay-A. Bondoc families.
